STRUCTURES:

    The Soil is tested for designing the foundation, The Foundation and basement is in R.R Masonry. Laterite mansory for super structure.

RCC:

   Slab by using granite 20mm metal, river sand and plastering in cement mortar. The structure is load bearing wall structure.

WOOD:

   Teak wood doors and windows are provided at the entrance wall of the sitout. The others are in best hard wood and glazed shutters for windows with grills.

KITCHEN:

   Stainless steel sink, Cub-board, R.C.C slabs, kitchen slab with granite top. Glazed titles up to 40cm height.

TOILET:

   White sanitary fixtures, Eoropean closets wash basin, CP fittings, Hot and Cold water and mixture tap with over heads shower. Provision for mixing wall mounted geaser etc.

FLOORING:

   Vitrified equal to marbonite tiles in all the rooms, granite flooring for staircase, sit out.

ELECTRICAL:

   Proper wiring with copper standard cable distribution switch board with ELCB, MCB, Telephone and T.V points.
Touch wood polish on teak wood door cum windows and enamel paint on the windows, doors and grills, distemper with internal walls, exterior wall paint on outsides.
